New Record at Labrathon!

Labrathon participants getting their fires started!

If you were a trapper you'd have to pack your sleigh, snowshoe, light fires, boil water, put out your fire, snowshoe, shoot at targets, snowshoe, saw logs, set traps, snowshoe, cut holes in the ice and then snowshoe some more!
At the Labrador Winter Games this is called the Labrathon! This morning there were 6 finalists and the top three all set new course records. Bradley Rumbolt from Mary's Harbour won the gold with a time of 14:05! Followed by competitors from Postville and Cartwright.

Three men, all hailing from William's Harbour, Labrador took the three top places in the dog sled races; Dwayne Russell, Aubrey Russell and Bill Russell!
