Thanks for the email, wow I am impressed with the marvelous turn out to your first Learn to Run session. Please pass on my congratulations to each member for taking those first and most important steps to a life time of fitness. Tell them all " You can do it" for me and to be gentle and progressive in their training and to keep things fun so they always finish smiling and upright!

While I cannot make it this year you have my promise I will come one day to run with the group!
