A couple of running enthusiast from Ontario (Adelle Densham) and Nova Scotia (Rick Mehta) respectively are hosting a friendship run on Thursday, October 8, 2009. People who are available are asked to gather in the lobby of Hotel North II at 5 p.m. and everyone will set out on the bike trail for a light run to loosen up before the main event on Saturday!
