Boston Marathoners!

Now that the dust has settled, we can provide some more information on the participants of the Trapline Marathon. There were five that qualified for the Boston Marathon!
Pierre Rousseau from Knowlton, QC qualified with a time of 3:01:58. Peter Soucy from St. John's made the cut with a time of 3:09:17.
On a very encouraging note for the local running scene, three people from Happy Valley - Goose Bay qualified! Dr. Michael Jong with a time of 3:35:11 and two ladies; Corenia Price with a time of 3:41:30 and Diane Houlahan with a time of 4:22:50!
Congratulations to all! We did not keep track of personal best times but the scuttlebutt indicated there were a much larger number of people all improving their personal best times and some by 10 minutes or greater! Extremely well done everyone!
