All race and social activities will be based out of Hotel North II in Happy Valley - Goose Bay, starting on Friday October 9, 2009.

6 O'Clock: There will be a pasta dinner. The dinner will be served at the one time. Organizers decided to sacrifice eating time flexibility for eating quality! The dinner will have meat and non-meat sauce options and for dessert you can try some traditional toutons and molasses for dessert!

12 O'Clock: Most runners will be crossing the finish line and greeted with a finishers medal and a feast of traditional foods! The 2008 finish line was a real hit with the runners and you can be sure of a speedy recovery!
6 O'Clock: Once everyone has had a chance to shower and stretch we'll gather for one last time together at the banquet. Winners will get their awards and this year everyone will be entertainment by local Inuit drum dancers and by well known Newfoundland and Labrador Comedian Pete Soucy, aka Snook. Pete was also the winner of the 2008 Trapline Half Marathon!
The menu is going to include roast beef with a traditional twist and local partridgeberry cheese cake!
